For sellers who live in the DMs

From the first message to the completed order. Not just replies. Tajami handles the whole sale.

It answers the question, builds the order, takes the payment, books the delivery and tells you when it’s done — inside the DMs you already use. Anything that needs you still comes to you.

Business accounts only. Your private DMs are never read.

Wherever your customers message you, Tajami is there.

The whole sale

Tajami sees the whole sale, from the ad to the money to the customer who comes back.

Most tools see one piece — the ad manager, the inbox, the checkout, the courier. Tajami is in every step, so they are one thread instead of five apps.

The flywheel

Every sale makes the next one easier to win.

Revenue is not where the chain ends. What sold, and why, goes back into the next ad and the next reply — so the more you sell through Tajami, the better it gets at selling for you.

Your data improves your own answers, ads and reports. It is never used for another seller’s.

Why seeing all of it matters

Nothing falls between the apps.

When each step lives somewhere different, the gaps are where money goes missing. Seen as one thread, the gaps close themselves — or reach you.

Every ad traced to money

The ad she tapped, the chat it opened, the payment that followed. Not reach — what came back.

Gaps caught, not found later

Paid but never booked, delivered but never closed, asked but never answered — each one flagged the moment it happens.

Stock that is true

Held when she pays, settled when it is delivered. Never sold twice because two apps disagreed.

Customers, not contacts

When she writes again, you see what she bought last time and how it went — in the same chat.

Who comes back, and why

Repeat buyers counted, with what first brought them — so you know which posts build a business.

Only your business

The thread covers what happens in your shop. Her private chats are never part of it, and the record is yours to export or delete.

Privacy

Your private DMs stay private.

Tajami works strictly on your business account — the one you sell from. Your personal account is never connected, so your private chats are never read.

English, Pidgin, Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa, French, Swahili, Arabic — or a mix of three in one sentence. Tajami replies in the language the customer wrote in, with your prices and your stock. You don’t set anything up.

One morning

Most of it was never yours to answer.

Scroll, and a morning's messages land one at a time — each thrown to the side it belongs on. Green is the work that disappears. Coral is the reason somebody buys from you rather than from a shop.

How it works

Three steps, and you never lose the wheel.

It starts switched off. You watch it be right before it sends a single message on your behalf.

Connect your account

Link your WhatsApp Business, Instagram professional, Facebook Page or Telegram account once, with the same permission screen as any other tool. Your customers change nothing — they keep messaging you exactly as they do today.

Watch it be right

On the day you install it, the agent drafts and sends nothing. For a week you see every answer it would have given, checked against your own catalogue.

Turn on answering

One category at a time — prices, stock, delivery — whichever you trust first. Anything it is not sure of still comes to you, with the context attached.

Answers itself

Every “how much?” answered in seconds.

Only what is checkable, and only once the product is placed and the price confirmed. If it cannot be sure, it says “let me check” and asks you.

  • What it costs — once the product is resolved
  • Sizes, colours, what is left — from your stock
  • Delivery to an area — Lekki, Mainland, outside Lagos, pickup
  • How to pay, and where an order is

Haggling

Haggling on your rules, or not at all.

Wetin be last price? · abeg reduce am — that is a negotiation, not a question. It is off until you switch it on, and then it only haggles inside the rules you set. Anything outside them reaches you, with the margin worked out.

  • You set the rules, per product — on or off, your lowest price, how far it comes down each time
  • Your numbers, not just the message — cost, margin now, margin at your floor
  • Never below your floor — and never a discount nobody asked for
  • A discount is recorded as a discount — so you can see what haggling cost you

Comment to DM

Forty people commented “price?” and you answered nine.

Each of those comments can be answered privately, once, with the price and a link to that exact product. It is the one place the platform lets a business reply outside the normal window, and the single highest-volume thing available to a seller.

tunde.bNeeds you

Their comment do you have it in XL?

Nothing was sent

XL is not in your stock, so there was nothing true to say. The comment is waiting for you, with the post attached.

Reply to tunde.b yourself

Its one private reply is still unused, for you to send

The product is taken from the post the comment sits under, and sizes from your stock. Where either is unknown, nothing is sent and the comment reaches you instead — a wrong price sent privately to forty people is not a small mistake.

Live selling

Catch every “I want this” from your Live.

During a Live the comments flood in, and by morning they are a wall of text with no products attached. Tajami binds each one to what you were showing when it was typed.

  • You tap the product — one tap as you move to the next item. It never guesses from the video
  • Bound to the moment it was typed — that timestamp is the whole feature
  • One buyer is one order — shouting five times is not five sales

Getting paid

A payment link that carries the actual items.

Name, picture, variant, quantity, unit price, delivery, total. Your customer opens it and pays the way they already pay — and the money settles to your own bank account through a licensed partner. Tajami holds nothing at any point.

  • Bound to the conversation — a payment closes the right order
  • It survives being forwarded — to the husband, the sister, the aunt abroad
  • Held for four hours, then released — and the customer is told
  • A reversal reaches you first — stock only moves on money that settled

The line

A price is a fact. “Last price?” is not.

Drafting forty replies for you to approve is still forty interactions. The only thing that removes the work is answering — but your relationship with a customer is the business. So the line is drawn at facts, and it is drawn in one place, permanently.

It answers what is checkable. Everything else reaches you, with the conversation, the product and the numbers already attached.

Answers itself

Always reaches you

  • A haggle outside your rulesAnd every haggle, until you switch it on
  • Complaints, returns, damageRelationship and money
  • Custom or bespoke requestsJudgement
  • Anything above a value you setA large sale deserves a person
  • A product it could not placeGuessing is worse than waiting
  • A customer who sounds angryNever let a machine reply to an upset person
  • A health or skin questionWhat a product treats, cures, does to your skin, or is safe for — no setting
  • A price for something made to orderIt gathers the brief; you quote
  • Anything it is not sure ofIt says let me check, and asks you

It starts switched off. A seller who has seen it get prices right will switch it on; a seller who is auto-answered from day one and catches one wrong price will never trust it again, and they would be right.

Decided now, so it is not argued later

What this will never do.

Every one of these is a thing we could ship and a thing that would cost a seller something they could not get back.

Read your private messages

It works only on your business account. Personal DMs, friends and family are never connected or read.

Answer a health question

What a product treats, cures, does to someone’s skin, or is safe for is always yours to answer.

Promise what you have not set

A delivery time, food that is already finished, or a price for something made to order.

Go below your floor

Whatever you let it negotiate, your lowest price is a hard stop.

Fake a voice note

A synthetic voice note in your voice is a deception, and we will not make it possible.

Message anyone first

Cold outreach to people who have not written is how a seller loses their account.

Send outside the window

Checked before every single send. Outside it, the message is handed to you instead.

Apologise on your behalf

An upset customer should never be answered by a machine.

Ask customers to install anything

Anyone who has to open an account will simply not buy.

Pricing

Pay when it works. Nothing in a bad month.

No subscription, no contract, no card on file. You top up credit like airtime, and pay only when Tajami does something for you.

01

Conversations

100 free every month, then ₦25 down to ₦8 each as you grow

One customer, one day, where it answered or raised something to you. Twenty messages is one conversation, and “nice 🔥” is never billed.

02

Payments

1.0% of each sale, capped at ₦2,000

Split by the payment partner as your customer pays. Never on cash, never on a refund, and nothing if you use your own link.

03

Extras

Per use voice notes ₦8 · Live sessions ₦500

Only if you switch them on. And at zero balance nothing stops: answers become drafts, and checkout always works.

A mid-size seller with 380 conversations and ₦840,000 of sales through Tajami would pay about ₦15,640 in a month — 1.86% of those sales. With busy DMs and most sales in cash the share is higher, and you never spend more than you top up. Planned rate card; figures are examples.

Where this actually is

Designed in full, and being built now.

Everything on this page is specified down to the wording. It is not all running yet, and we would rather tell you that here than have you find out later.

Building now

Catalogue and drafts

The agent learns your products from your own posts and past messages, and writes replies for you to send yourself.

Next

Automated answering

Price, stock, delivery and payment methods, with the line in place — and every negotiation escalated to you with the margin, unless you have set rules for it.

After that

Checkout, comments, Live

Cart, checkout, reservation and payment confirmation, then comment‑to‑DM, then Live capture.

Launching first

Nigeria

Naira prices, local payments, Lagos delivery areas, and an engine tuned for Pidgin and for how people here actually haggle.

Next

Ghana

The same way of selling in the DMs, in English and Pidgin, with local currency and payments.

After that

Across Africa

Selling in the DMs looks the same in Nairobi and Abidjan. Each country gets its own payments, currency, delivery areas and language — the product underneath does not change.

The question everything rests on: can the catalogue build itself from your real posts and messages, without you typing in two hundred products? If it cannot, none of the rest is worth having — so that is the first thing being proven, with real sellers, before anything else ships.

Questions

Asked before you have to.

Will it ever negotiate or offer a discount for me?

Only if you switch it on. It starts off, so every negotiation reaches you with your cost and margin worked out. Switch it on and you set the rules — which products, your lowest price, how far it comes down each time. It never goes below your floor, never offers a discount nobody asked for, and anything outside your rules still comes to you.

I sell food, foodstuff, skincare, herbs or things made to order. Does it work for me?

Yes, each the way it is sold: a menu that resets overnight, a price per paint or bag that is never converted, a brief gathered for anything made to order, and a price and duration for services. For skincare, herbs, supplements and anything ingestible it answers the price, size and shade, and never what a product does to a person — that always comes to you, and no setting changes it.

Will Tajami read my private DMs?

No. Tajami works strictly on your business account — the one you sell from. It only sees messages customers send to your business, so it can answer them. Your personal account and private chats with friends and family are never connected, never read and never stored.

Which apps does Tajami work with?

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram — on your business account for each. TikTok and Pinterest are coming soon, with more to follow. One inbox, one catalogue, whichever app your customer messages you on.

What languages does Tajami speak?

Any language your customers write in. It reads each message and answers in the same language — English, Pidgin, Yorùbá, Igbo, Hausa, French, Swahili, Arabic and more — including messages that mix languages mid-sentence. You don’t need to set anything up.

Do my customers have to install anything?

No. They keep messaging your account in their DMs exactly as today, and pay on a web page with no account to open. You get a browser tab you save to your home screen.

Will it message people who have not messaged me?

Never. Tajami only replies to people who wrote first, and every automated message is checked against the messaging window of the platform it is sent on.

Does Tajami hold my money?

No. Tajami is software, not a bank or a payment service provider. Payments are taken and settled to your own bank account by licensed partners under their own permissions.

What happens when it is not sure?

It does not guess. It tells the customer it will check, and the message reaches you with the conversation attached. A product it could not place is treated the same way.

Can I use it today?

Not yet. It is in development and we are onboarding the first sellers, in Nigeria first and Ghana next. The catalogue and drafts are being built first — ask for early access and we will tell you honestly when it can help you.

Stop answering the same question forty times.

We are looking for sellers who answer the same questions forty times a day and would like that to stop. Tell us what you sell and where your customers reach you.

We will ask what you sell, where you sell it, and what you are asked most. Nothing is sent to your customers at any point.
