Tajami › Live selling
Live sellingBy morning you cannot tell who meant it.
During a Live the comments flood in — I want this, how much, send me details — and the next day they are a wall of text with no products attached. It is the moment of highest intent in the whole business, and nothing currently catches it.

Every comment, bound to what was on screen when it was typed.
You tap the product as you move to it. From then on, anything that reads as intent is attached to that product, at that timestamp, for as long as it is the one being shown.
Four decisions that make it usable instead of dangerous.
You tap the product. It never guesses from the video.
One tap as you pick up the next item. Nothing here tries to work out what is on screen from the picture, because a wrong guess binds a real buyer to the wrong thing and you find out when you are packing.
The timestamp is the whole feature
An intent comment with no product attached is worth nothing the next morning. Binding it to whatever was live at the second it was typed is the part that turns a wall of text into a list of orders.
One buyer is one order
Somebody commenting five times in excitement is one sale, not five. Duplicates are folded together and shown greyed rather than counted.
Messages go out at the rate the platform allows
Queued, never all at once. Sending two hundred DMs in a minute is how a seller loses the account the whole business runs on, so the queue is not optional and cannot be hurried.
And it works after the fact. If you were too busy selling to tag anything as you went — which is most Lives — you can mark the timeline afterwards from the comment stream, and everything binds itself retrospectively. Nobody should have to run their Live around the software.
A list, with a link ready beside each name.
Who wanted what, from a Live you have already finished. Items shown, intents captured, links sent, and which of them were actually paid — so you can tell whether Lives are worth the evening.
