Campaigns

Run the ad you can prove paid off.

Everything else waits for a customer to arrive. The ad is what makes one appear. Tajami turns a product into an on-brand ad, sends every click into a DM that is answered at once, and shows you what it earned — to the naira.

The Boost button

What most sellers do

A boosted post sends people to look, not to message. When they buy, nothing connects the sale back to the ad — so nobody can tell you whether that ₦25,000 worked.

What Tajami sets you up with

The ad opens a DM, and the message carries which ad it came from. The conversation, the order and the payment all stay tied to that ad — without you doing anything.

The loop

From your brand to money in the bank, and back again.

The catalogue, the answers and the payment already happen in Tajami. Campaigns add the ad at the start, and close the circle at the end — so the next ad finds buyers, not browsers.

Feedback to Meta is opt-in, and only confirmed sales are ever shared.

Creative from your catalogue

The ad is made from what you already have.

Your product, your photo, your price, your brand. Not a design job — a starting point you can post as it is, or change in seconds.

  • Your own photo, the product’s real name and its real price.
  • Square, story and reel sizes, made at once.
  • Your logo, colour and name. Tajami never appears in your ads.
  • Words that start a conversation — ending in a question, because the ad opens a DM.
  • Change anything — the photo, the words, the price. Download it and post it yourself.
  • No invented claims. No “best seller”, no “limited stock”, no discount you haven’t set.

By what you sell

A jollof vendor, a herb seller and a tailor need different ads.

One can pay for clicks on food that sold out at one o’clock. One can lose an ad account over a single sentence. One has no price to put in an ad at all. So the ad follows what you sell — the same way the answers do.

Menus · food

Your ad stops when the jollof does.

Nobody else can stop you paying for clicks on food that is already finished, because nobody else knows what is left. Tajami does — it is the menu you set this morning.

  • Pauses itself when you sell out — and starts again when the dish is back, the next morning included
  • Told why, and yours to override — a message the moment it pauses, with a tap to keep it running
  • One dish off is not the whole ad — an ad for several dishes pauses only when all of them are finished
  • Lunch, evening, weekend — set in one tap, and never outside your opening hours
  • Never a delivery time you have not set — your cut-off goes in the words; a promise does not

Where your ad account does not let Tajami pause it, you are told straight away to pause it yourself. It is never left running in silence.

The words

Jollof rice · ₦4,500 · with chicken +₦1,500. Delivery across Lekki — order before 11 for lunch. What time do you want it?

It asks about time, because that is what moves a food order forward.
Herbs, supplements & anything ingestible

The ad says what it costs. Never what it does.

Health and wellness ads are judged by what they claim — across the words, the picture and the page the ad opens. For a herb seller the risk is not the product; it is a sentence. And if Tajami wrote that sentence, the violation would be in your ad account, under your name.

  • No claim, stated or implied — no benefit, effect, use, result, or who it is for
  • Screened before you see it — every line it writes, in English and Pidgin, before it reaches you
  • Packaging and product only — no person, no body, no before and after
  • Your product page, checked too — if your own description makes a claim, you are warned the ad may be rejected for it
  • Your words stay yours — copy you write is warned on, never blocked; Tajami will not compose it
  • Why it is spare, said up front — a plain note on the campaign, before you wonder

This screening is built first, before any herb or supplement seller runs an ad through Tajami. It is the same rule as in the chat: what a product does is always yours to say.

Skincare & beauty

Models for the lipstick. Packaging for the cream.

Makeup and perfume sell on faces and shade ranges, so those ads may use your model photos. Creams, serums, soaps and oils are judged on what they claim, so their ads show the product — and never a result.

  • Model photos for makeup and perfume — never edited to change a skin tone, texture or shape
  • Never a before and after — or a result, a number of days, or “flawless”
  • Never whitening, lightening or bleaching — and never glow, clear or fade for a cream
  • Never about the viewer’s skin — no “Tired of dark spots?”
  • Your brand leads — a brand you resell is in the product name, never your logo, and never “inspired by” another
  • “Natural” only if your catalogue says so — and still flagged, because it invites a claim

₦4,500 per paint. Never just ₦4,500.

Beans look like beans, so a foodstuff seller often has nothing worth photographing. And a price without its unit is a misleading ad and a disappointed buyer — a policy risk as well as a lost sale.

  • The unit is always in the price — and the ad names the one it is advertising
  • Never worked out from another unit — a bag is not just twelve paints
  • The smallest you sell, stated — wherever there is a minimum
  • No photo? A type-set ad — your colour and logo, the name and price set large, in all three sizes

No price to advertise. A brief to collect.

A tailor has no price to put in an ad. So the ad shows work you have already made, says where prices start if you want it to, and asks what they need.

  • Past work, not a product shot — a dress made, a cake delivered; this kind of ad needs those photos, so it asks for them
  • Never an exact price — a “from” price, or none at all
  • “Tell us what you need” — the brief is gathered in the chat and handed to you, never quoted
  • Briefs counted, then orders — twelve briefs and three orders is a tailor doing well, and the report says so
  • Services carry your hours — with the price and how long it takes, and never running when you are closed

Setting it up

Two minutes from a product to a live ad.

You stay in charge of your ad account. Tajami hands you everything the ad needs, and walks you through the rest.

01

Pick a product

Tap advertise this on any product. A campaign is always about something you sell — so it can always be measured.

02

Get the ad, ready made

Your photo, your price, your brand, in square, story and reel sizes, with the words already written. Change anything you like.

03

Set it up in Ads Manager

We walk you through it, setting by setting. Use Ads Manager in a browser, not the Boost button in the app — it costs less and it reports back.

04

Confirm what you spent

Two fields: the amount and the dates. From then on every conversation and every sale from that ad is counted.

Coming later: create the ad without leaving Tajami. When it arrives, it will never spend a naira without a limit you set for that campaign, and your confirmation before anything goes live.

Where the click lands

They tap the ad. The answer is already there.

The DM opens with a question that matches the ad, and Tajami already knows which product it is — so the customer who clicked the green dress is answered about the green dress, before they type.

  • A starter question for every campaign, matching its product.
  • The product already found, so the first reply is the price and the sizes.
  • Or send them to your catalogue page, with the ad still tracked all the way to payment.

The campaign report

Money first. Then one thing to do.

Reach is context, never the headline. The number that matters is what came back for what you spent — and cost per order, the one sellers read fastest.

One thing

This returned 7.2×. Your average is 3.1×. Worth running again.

Confirmed and estimated, never mixed

Money that actually arrived is shown on its own line. Estimates are labelled, and never added in.

Honest when it can’t see

If most orders can’t be traced, the report says so — rather than showing a number that looks complete.

Shareable as an image

Every figure opens up to the conversations behind it, and the whole report saves as a picture.

Made to order, counted twice

Briefs collected, then paid orders, with the cost of each beside the other — because the road from one to the other is longer.

Food, by the hour

Orders at lunch, in the evening and at the weekend, since that is the part of a food ad you can actually change.

The spend it saved

Every time an ad paused itself because you sold out, the report shows it, with the money it kept in your account.

Feedback

Let Meta know which ads made you money.

Switch it on and each confirmed sale from an ad is reported back to Meta, so its system learns to find people who buy — not just people who chat. Meta’s system does the improving; Tajami supplies the facts.

  • Only confirmed sales. Estimates are never sent.
  • Never twice. Each order is reported once.
  • Yours to see, and to switch off at any time.
Budget guidance

Advice from your own numbers, or none at all.

Recommendations come from what your ads actually returned — never from someone else’s benchmark, and never from too little data to mean anything.

  • One recommendation per report, in plain words.
  • It tells you when to stop. An ad returning less than it cost is named.
  • No “spend more” on a campaign it can’t measure well.
What campaigns will never do

Your money, your brand, your customers.

Spend without a cap you set

No campaign ever spends past a limit you chose, and nothing goes live without you.

Invent a claim

A false “best seller” is your reputation. Nothing goes in an ad your catalogue doesn’t support.

Put Tajami in your ad

It’s your customer and your brand. Our name stays out.

Advise on thin data

Four orders is noise. No confident advice until the numbers mean something.

Take credit for your sales

We tell you what happened. We don’t claim we made it happen.

Write a health claim

Stated or implied — a cure, a glow in seven days, a lighter skin tone — or anything suggesting it knows someone’s condition.

Promise what you have not set

A delivery time, a price for something made to order, or a price without its unit.

Keep spending on food that is finished

Mark a dish sold out and its ad pauses. If it cannot be paused for you, you are told at once.

Message people who only saw the ad

Someone who looked but didn’t write is never contacted. That would cost you your account.

Questions

About campaigns.

Is this available now?

Not yet. Campaigns are designed and planned. We will say plainly when each part is live.

Why not just use the Boost button?

A boosted post can’t tell you which sales it brought. An ad that opens a DM can — and set up in Ads Manager in a browser, it also avoids the extra charge the app adds.

Will Tajami spend my money?

No. You set up the ad and pay for it in your own ad account. When direct creation arrives, it will only ever spend within a limit you set, after you confirm.

Do I have to use the ad Tajami makes?

No. You can change the photo, the words and the price, or use your own creative and still track results with the campaign link.

Does the Tajami brand appear on my ad?

Never. Your ads carry your logo, your colours and your name only.

Will my food ad keep running after I sell out?

No. It pauses when you mark the dish sold out and starts again when it is back, the next morning included. You are told each time and can keep it running. If your ad account does not let Tajami pause it, you are told straight away to pause it yourself.

I sell herbs and supplements. Can Tajami make my ads?

Yes, and they will be spare: the name, form, size, price, availability and delivery, with packaging-only pictures. It never writes what a product does or who it is for. If your own product page makes a claim, you are warned the ad may be rejected for it. Copy you write yourself is yours — warned on, never blocked.

I sell skincare. What will my ads look like?

Makeup and perfume ads can use your model photos and shade range. Ads for creams, serums, soaps and oils show the product and packaging with the name, size and price. None of them ever shows a before and after, promises a result, or uses words like lightening or whitening.

Are there products you won’t make ads for?

Yes: sexual-enhancement and weight-loss products, and in this first version alcohol, tobacco and vapes. You can still track ads you make yourself with a campaign link. Prescription medicines are not supported at all.

I have no photos of what I sell. Can I still advertise?

Yes. It makes a type-set ad from your logo, your colour, the product name and its price, in all three sizes — never a stock picture. For made-to-order work it asks for photos of things you have made, because that kind of ad cannot work without them.
